What do the abbreviations I see in the descriptions of some items mean?

SS = sterling silver	ADJ = adjustable
ANT = antiqued	CAB = cabochon
CZ = cubic zirconia	DC = diamond-cut
Faux = imitation	FWP = fresh water pearl
GF = gold filled(referring to silver items)	HP = high polish
LAB = laboratory man-made	LB = leverback

What size is 'X' ring?
Most rings are available in several sizes. Ring size is noted by a forward slash ( / ) after the item number. For example, SR-0001/07 denotes size 7, SR-0001/08 denotes size 8 and so on. To see all the available sizes for a particular ring enter the item number in the search box. For the example used here you would enter SR-0001 in the search box and you would see a list of the sizes available.

I see a half inch mark on the images of some items, does this mean the item measures half an inch?
No, the half inch mark represents an actual half inch and it's just shown for size comparison so you can get a better idea of the actual size of the item by showing how it looks next to a half inch mark.

Is there a minimum amount required to purchase from you?
No, there's no minimum order required. However, because of the nature of wholesale business a $5 low order fee will be applied to orders less than $100.
If you are placing a small order, you may try placing it through regular silver jewelry section where it might be overall less expensive without the wholesale minimum order fee. Click here to switch to the regular silver website.

How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is based on actual shipping weight and destination. View your cart and use the 'estimate shipping' button to see actual shipping charges for items in your cart.

What type of payments do you accept?

Fast checkout with GoogleCheckout. All major credit cards accepted.

All major credit cards and eChecks accepted through paypal, you do NOT need to have a paypal account.
We also accept checks/money orders through the mail.

I was browsing your catalogs, however I cannot find ' X' item(s) in your store, where can I find it?
Our website is under constant contruction and we're adding all the items as fast as we can. Please contact us if you would like to purchase or need more info on items in our catalogs not listed in our store.

Are the earrings sold in pairs?
Yes, unless stated otherwise all earings are sold by the pair.

Do you engrave items?
Yes, we do offer engraving service. Please email us for more details. We can virtually engrave any text and graphics or text combination.

Are your stones genuine?
Our stones are genuine unless otherwise noted.

Do you have a showroom?
No, we do not have a showroom. We are a web/catalog based company.

Do you charge sales tax?
Unless you provide a valid California re-sales certificate, sales tax will be added to orders shipping to California only.

What is the status of my order?
If you have created an account on our website, please log in to your account where you will be able to see your purchase history and see order status. We also send email notifications whenever there's an order status change, please check your bulk/junk folder to make sure our emails are not landing there.
